Founded in 2016 by Sheryl Dolphus, Women Encouraging Women | I Am My Sister’s Keeper, Inc is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization that was established to help encourage and support women of different cultures and all walks of life in the Central Florida area and surrounding communities.

     The main goal of Women Encouraging Women, LLC is to provide a ongoing source of support, assistance, and encouragement for women and their families. In conjunction with financial support, Women Encouraging Women offer other vital services such as personal and professional enrichment courses, available free of charge. WEWIASK is also very active in the Central Florida community, participating in neighborhood health fairs, as well as holding events such as Teen Night Out and feed the community.

Women Encouraging Women understands that sometimes people fall short and need a little help, along with some encouraging word to let them know that this storm in their lives shall pass and the sun will shine again. WEWIASK looks to fill that void and become the source of support and encouragement for women and their families because Every Family Counts.
